analyses the concept of the adult in social science;
knows the newest concepts explaining the process of adult professional development
understands the role of transition in an adult’s life.

can analyse selected areas of professional life of adults;
can select professional development models that suit the needs of adults;
characterises the tools designed for description of adult professional development;
Competencies: the student:
plans his/her own professional development;
can work in a team.
Assessment criteria
Credit for the classes will be granted on the basis of attendance and completion of partial tasks.
