MS1-Selected issues of the contemporary art 2300-MS1-ARM-WZS
Classes are pedagogical introduction to contemporary art. During lessons the most important artistic activities, creators and works of art of the twentieth and twenty-first century will be presented. Students will become familiar with issues such as intervention, documentation, experiment in art, performance, happening, body art., land art, net art., relational art, art in public space and others. The activities of contemporary artists will be analyzed in a broader socio-cultural context.

- Student lists the basic means of expression present in contemporary artistic activities
- Student discusses the issue of the end of art, the art after the end of art, posthistoric art;
- Student presents a selection of silhouettes of contemporary artists;
- Student discusses the common issues present in contemporary art and pedagogy

- Student interprets selected works of contemporary art;
- Student combines artistic commentary with the main problems of modern man and contemporary culture;
- Student critically assesses works of contemporary art;
