Classes focused on the analysis of internship experiences are designed to summarize and discuss the observations gathered by students during a 30-hour internship conducted in the second semester of their first year of studies. The aim of these classes is to deepen knowledge about the functioning of educational institutions, such as kindergartens and general education schools. Students analyze various aspects of the work in these institutions, including caregiving and educational tasks, work organization, the roles and responsibilities of staff, and types of documentation maintained. The classes also provide an opportunity for students to share experiences and reflect on the differences in pedagogical and organizational approaches between kindergartens and schools, supporting their understanding of the specifics of working with children of different ages and the development of their pedagogical skills.
