Learning outcomes
Students will have knowledge about fundamental principles of the Law of Property, will be able to discuss simple cases and solve them, as well as will be able to grasp more complicated issues and prepared for advanced studies on civil law.
Assessment criteria
Basic estimate criterion is activity during classes. Oral exam or written paper on the issues in the lecture, the topic agreed earlier with the teacher.
