7. Construction (interpretation) of juridical act
8. Defects in the declaration of intent
9. Forms of juridical act
10. Formation of contracts
11. Illegality and immorality of contracts
12. Sanctions in civil law
13. Representation
14. Limitation of claims and preclusive terms

Learning outcomes
Students will have knowledge about fundamental principles of civil law, will be able to discuss simple cases and solve them, as well as will be able to grasp more complicated issues and prepared for advanced studies on civil law.
Assessment criteria
Basic estimate criterion is activity during classes. Oral exam or written paper on the issues in the lecture, the topic agreed earlier with the teacher.
