Learning outcomes
After completion of the course a student shall:
– know the system of the European Union law,
– be able to analyse legal instruments of the European Union and case-law of the Court of Justice of the European Union,
– recognize decision-making procedures of the primary and secondary European Union law,
– be able to explain mechanisms of functioning of the European Union internal market and its competition rules.
Assessment criteria
Attendance list and preparation for the classes, active participation during the classes, final essay or test.
