The objective of this course is to provide an exposition of the legal avenues and considerations pertaining to dispute resolution within the energy market. Through the analysis of real-world case studies, students will gain practical insights into the application of theoretical frameworks in the resolution of disputes, including contractual disputes, within the energy sector.
