EU Legislative and Negotiating Process 2200-EU014
The primary objective of this course is to analyse the negotiation process of European Union legal acts pertaining to the energy sector and climate protection, utilising specific case studies. Special emphasis will be placed on comprehending the theoretical and practical aspects that shape this process. As a result, students will acquire a comprehensive understanding of the formation of EU law, along with the ability to provide detailed descriptions of the practice of generating secondary EU legislation within the realm of climate and energy.
