The primary objective of this course is to provide an extensive overview of the legal acts governing the operation of the gaseous fuel market. It will involve a comprehensive examination of the solutions outlined within the European Union legal acts pertaining to the functioning of the gaseous fuel market, along with an exploration of their implementation within national contexts. This course serves as a complement to the „Functioning of the Market of Gaseous Fuels" course, with the aim of presenting the legal framework in which the market operates. Upon completion of this course, students will possess a thorough understanding of the legal framework governing the gaseous fuel market and will comprehend the influence exerted by this framework on the market's functioning.
