Climate Law I 2200-EU009
The purpose of this course is to introduce the fundamental legal acts of the European Union within the realm of climate law and to engage in a comprehensive discussion of the core provisions outlined within these legal sources, as well as the corresponding provisions in international law pertaining to combating climate change. Consequently, students will acquire knowledge regarding the specific legal acts that govern both EU and international climate law. Additionally, students will develop proficiency in this field, enabling them to effectively address pertinent legal and practical challenges based on the indicated legal provisions.
