EU Energy Law I 2200-EU008
The primary objective of this course is to provide a comprehensive presentation and analysis of the fundamental legal acts pertaining to activities within the energy sector, with a specific focus on the electricity and gaseous fuels markets. Furthermore, the historical evolution of European Union energy law will be explored, alongside an examination of the contemporary processes through which EU regulations are formulated within this domain.

legal measures to protect consumers, customers and competitors enshrined in EU energy and climate law;

analyse on its own issue related to energy transformation in terms of its legal land economic aspects;
