The subject matter of this series of lectures, which is in three parts, is the organization and function of Polish public administration. The first part concerns the theoretical and legal background. The second part concerns the organization and function of administrative law and the institutions of public administration. The third part concerns how the theory works in practice, presenting the most important acts concerning public administration such as those relating to the provision of electricity and telecommunications.
This course provides an introduction to the Polish public administrative legal system both in terms of its theoretical background and its practical application. As such it provides an essential base for those interested in studying the Polish administrative legal system.
