Specialization seminar - Public economic law and administrative proceedings 2200-1F074
The principle of the seminars is to improve student's knowledge of the public law on business activity and administrative procedure, also anti-trust proceedings by the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection ("UOKiK") or Energy Regulatory Office or other authorities supervising business.. The seminar scopes on such topics as financial law, capital markets law, energy law, pharamceutical law, competition law - including anti-trust law, mergers & aquisitions, IT-law, Artificial Intelligence etc. The basic idea is to show to the student as many as possible practical examples with which a lawyer may confront in a future. Topics of the seminars may be proposed by the attending students. The topics of the seminars may also refer to the actual problems of regulation of busienss, and newest important economical facts
