1. EU budget law - the concept and arrangement of the EU general budget, the procedure for its creation, adoption, implementation and implementation control, multiannual financial framework.
2. The EU budget revenue system.
3. Expenditures of the EU budget and the legal basis and procedures for their implementation.
4. Legal regulations regarding state aid for entrepreneurs.
5. Legal mechanisms for the operation of structural funds, the Cohesion Fund and agricultural funds.
6. Economic and Monetary Union. Functioning of the euro currency and the European Central Bank.
7. Relationships between EU public finance law and public finance law in Poland.
8. Act on the principles of development policy and the Public Finance Act.

EDUCATIONAL OUTCOMES
KNOWLEDGE:
- students will have basic knowledge of the budget law of the European Union, directly: concepts, arrangements of the EU budget, budget construction, analysis and control of the use of EU funds (K_W03)
- students use the basic principles of the system of income and expenditure of the EU budget, they will be able to analyze the algorithm for obtaining revenues and planning expenses (K_W03)
- the graduate is able to interpret and analyze financial processes and phenomena taking place in the EU budget and the principles of coordination of the budgetary policies of EU Member States (K_W03)
- the graduate is able to determine the political, economic and social ties that influence the shaping of the EU budget and changes in priorities in EU spending (K_W06)
- the graduate is able to analyze budget situations related to changes in Europe and the world as well as forecast the possible development of economic activities of EU Member States (K_W06)
- the graduate knows and understands in-depth the shaping of the EU budget at all its stages, the use of funds, control of revenues and expenses based on EU legal mechanisms (K_W09)
SKILLS:
- the graduate is able to correctly and thoroughly interpret the phenomena and processes of EU finances (K_U01)
- the graduate is able to use theoretical knowledge to describe and analyze the processes of shaping and using the EU budget (K_U01)
- the graduate is able to properly analyze the causes and course of specific processes related to the EU income and expenditure system (K_U01)
- the graduate is able to efficiently and quickly reach the sources of EU budget law and understand and put into practice the connections between EU public finance law and public finance law in Poland (K_U01)
- the graduate is able to prepare speeches, conduct conversations in the field of EU budget law and analyze the use of EU funds (K_U01)
- the graduate is able to discuss the structure of the EU budget, EU tax policy, principles of EU coordination policy related to EU finances (K_U01)
SOCIAL COMPETENCE
- the graduate is ready to work both independently and in a team dealing with EU budget issues, performing various roles and taking up challenges;
- the graduate is ready to participate in the preparation of social projects (taking into account legal, economic and political aspects of the EU) and to predict the effects of shaping and using EU finances.
- the graduate is ready to determine the scope of his knowledge and skills, and is able to use EU funding in any way.
