Conducting Business in Europe 2105-ERASMUS-COBI
The course will be analyzed following areas of concern:
The business environment (ease of doing business in the European Union countries, analysis of the individual Member States of the European Union), Type of business enterprises in the European Union (distribution, manufacturing, services, consulting, etc.), The procedure for creating a business enterprises (starting business), Benchmarks for establishment of business enterprises , bodies with powers to establish the business enterprises, the registration of the business enterprises - the necessary documents and registration procedure, Business Management (project management in the company, management systems and business processes, components effective operation, Human Resource Management in the company, leadership in the company), Marketing in the company (The company and its objectives, brand the company as a source of advantage of the company, customer relations, planning, direct marketing, sales management, advertising campaigns, public relations activity, E-Business), Finance in the company (getting credit for business, Protecting investors, Paying taxes, accounting in the company, financial liquidity and so on), Negotiations in Business (enforcing contracts, trading across borders, resolving insolvency, lobbying in the business).

Learning outcomes
After completing the course, students:
a) has knowledge of the structure and conditions to implement policies detailed by European countries and the European Union (K_W16), has knowledge of the economic and social aspects of integration of EU Member States and the impact of European Union economic and social policies of the Member States, including various forms of entrepreneurship (K_W19), knows and understands the basic concepts, principles and legal and ethical standards applicable to the economy, culture and science of the European (K_W21), knows the methods, tools and techniques of obtaining data on the European Union and the processes occurring in it (K_W22);
b) able to search, analyze, evaluate and select for and use the information about the European Union and Europe using a variety of sources, methods and research tools (K_U03), able to analyze structures and institutions, in particular the political, economic, national, transnational and EU in conjunction with their national and international environment (K_U07);
c) participates in initiatives and projects civic considering their implications for the socio − political and economic (K_K06), be creative and entrepreneurial in seeking and generating new jobs and intellectual development (K_K08).
