Knowledge
has knowledge of the historical development of French and Italian foreign service organization. He knows the legal basis and directions of changes in the organization and functioning, the French and Italian representations abroad, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the nature of the transformation of the diplomatic and consular service after the creation of the EU.
has knowledge of the principles of diplomatic protocol, treated as a set of methods and techniques for showing respect for the official representatives of the state, by observing universally recognized rules and as an activity that allows to create a good climate for diplomatic contacts, during official visits, meetings, various ceremonies and relations within the diplomatic corps.
Skills
He is prepared to use the presented knowledge in practical participation in various forms of official meetings, with particular emphasis on diplomatic contacts. The acquired knowledge facilitates functioning within the framework of various official relations and creates a basis for taking up the role of an organizer of such meetings.
It uses in professional practice the knowledge about the principles of establishing and carrying out diplomatic contacts, the principles of organizing and conducting diplomatic receptions, matters of clothing and decorations, preparation and conduct of foreign visits and delegations, negotiations and press conferences.

is prepared to work in the foreign service and other institutions cooperating with foreign countries
is prepared to continue education in the third degree studies
Assessment criteria
Continuous assessment on the basis of activity, current preparation for the classes and the presentation of the final result by the student.
