Knowledge:
1.the student knows and understands the most important facts, phenomena and problems in the field of international cultural relations(MSK?ICR)
2. has advanced knowledge of the role of state and non-state actors ofinternational relations operating in the ICR sphere
3. knows and understands at an advanced level the importanceof individual regions of the world and contemporary challenges related to themin the sphere of MSK (ICR)
Skills:1.can correctly interpret cultural and legal phenomena on aglobal scale, in selected regions and subregions of the world, as well as atthe national level, using theoretical and empirical knowledge gained duringstudies, with the use of information and communication techniques,2. is able to plan and organize individual research work inthe field of international relations studies and to cooperate with other peopleas part of team work on a given problem in the field of international relations(especially in the field of MSK/ICR)
Competences:1. the graduate is ready to critically evaluate hisknowledge and the received content in the field of the subject2. the graduate is ready to recognize the importance ofknowledge in solving cognitive problems in the field of international cultural relationsand to consult experts when they are needed to solve a given problem from the area of studies

1.defines the concept of culture, knows its place and rolein international relations, has knowledge of the processes of culturaldiffusion in history and at present2. knows the factors of development of internationalcultural relations3. has knowledge of legal regulations andinstitutionalization of international cultural relations, incl. on UNESCO'sactivities, cultural cooperation within the Council of Europe and the place ofculture in European treaties4. has knowledge of the foreign cultural policy of France,Germany, Great Britain and the USA5. has a general knowledge of Poland's participation ininternational cultural relations
