Knowledge of the functioning of the labour market economy in the modern world.
Knowledge of the mechanisms of formation, regulation and development of labour relations, the importance of lobbying and social dialogue in the relations with public institutions and interest groups.
Ability to formulate, analyse and solve problems related to the functioning of the organization in the context of labour and industrial relations.
Ability to effectively present in oral and written form the results of own researches and analyses in the field of employment relations.
This subject will realize the following learning outcomes:
K_W01 - student knows and understands the specificity of political and administration sciences in comparison to other sciences and the place of labour sciences within social sciences;
K-W05 - student knows and understands in practice the tools for obtaining data on the social ties, norms and rules created in the context of work, as well as the institutions, structures and organizations created by them;
K_U01 - student is able to use knowledge in the field of labour science for practical purposes - to analyze and interpret social processes and phenomenom occurring in the area of work and the labour market.
