**Knowledge:**
- **K_W05** - The student knows and understands in practice the tools for obtaining data about social bonds, norms, and rules created in the context of work, as well as the institutions, structures, and organizations they create, within the context of the labor market and data analysis about it.
**Skills:**
- **K_U02** - The student is able to use the acquired knowledge of principles and selected methods of social research to identify the causes and course of social processes and phenomena occurring in the area of work and the labor market, in order to obtain and analyze appropriate data.
- **K_U03** - The student is able to use knowledge and analytical tools to forecast the practical consequences of changes occurring in the area of work, including selecting and applying advanced information and communication techniques for data analysis.
- **K_U05** - The student is able to create written reports of their own research, analyses, and forecasts related to knowledge associated with labor studies, based on collected data.
- **K_U06** - The student is able to publicly present their own research, analyses, and forecasts related to knowledge associated with labor studies, and participate in debates on these topics.

Assessment criteria
### Course Assessment Criteria
- **Active Participation:** Attendance in classes, active engagement, and the preparation of individual and group assignments are essential for passing the course.
- **Class Activity:** Demonstrating familiarity with the literature, actively participating in class activities (asking questions, answering questions, participating in discussions, etc.).
- **Preparation for Classes:** Knowledge of the assigned readings for literature-based sessions, individual preparation of assignments from class to class, and team preparation of assignments from class to class. Continuous, systematic work is crucial.
- **Final Grade Determination:** The quality of the prepared and presented labor market analysis in a selected EU member state will determine the final grade. [An alternative, agreed upon with the group, may be a knowledge test with a practical task related to the use of appropriate software (e.g., searching, analyzing, and correctly presenting labor market data).]
- **Sanctions:** In case of lack of preparation for classes or insufficient activity, mid-term written tests or a final written test may be administered. In justified cases and after consultation with the instructor, an oral test may be possible.
