Detailed program:
1. acquaintance students with the methodology of thesis writing
2. identification of the preferences of students in the selection of topics of undergraduate theses
3. substantive evaluation of the relevance of the selected thesis topics, their location in the problems constituting the subject of study, evaluation of the cognitive and application relevance of the subject matter undertaken
4. identification of potential barriers and benefits associated with the implementation of the intended research problematic
5. substantive evaluation of undergraduate thesis concepts developed by students
6. verification of the accuracy of the selection of the subject literature
7. selection of methods and development of research tools in relation to each topic of the bachelor's thesis
8. determination of rules for the development of footnotes, bibliography and graphical form of data presentation
9. indication of formal requirements related to the observance of copyright - information on the conditions for evaluation of works in the anti-plagiarism system.
10. substantive evaluation of works, verification of effects with research assumptions
11. subjecting undergraduate theses to evaluation in the anti-plagiarism system
12. acceptance of undergraduate theses, development of reviews and organization of the final exam

Learning outcomes
- The student knows and understands the basic concepts and principles of industrial property and copyright protection, which he or she applies when preparing the thesis (K_W08).
- The student has the knowledge to independently analyze a selected problem on the basis of a critical analysis of the literature of the subject of statistical data and other information
- The student knows the main sources of obtaining data and information on a given problem,
- The student knows the basic methods and techniques of social research.
- The student is able to use for practical purposes the knowledge of labor sciences to analyze and interpret social processes and phenomena occurring in the field of labor and labor market, on the example of the problem undertaken in the thesis (K_U01).
- The student is able to place a given social problem in the reality of the functioning of the state and society.
- The student is able to use the knowledge gained in the field of labor sciences to indicate the reasons for the occurrence and course of social processes and phenomena taking place in the labor area and on the labor market, on the example of the issues taken up in the diploma thesis (K_U02)
- The student is able to use knowledge and analytical tools to forecast the practical consequences of the transformations taking place in the labor area, including the selection and application of advanced information and communication techniques adequately to the research problem of the thesis (K_U03).
- The student knows how to apply basic methods and techniques of social research.
- The student is able to write a coherent thesis on a selected social problem
- The student is able, on the basis of his knowledge and skills acquired during the realization of research for the purposes of the diploma thesis - to assess the processes occurring in the field of labor and on the labor market, as well as to manage them, being aware of the normative character of the choices made (K_U04).
- The student is ready to make practical use of knowledge in professional activity; recognize the importance of knowledge from the area of social sciences, labor sciences and others in everyday functioning, through the analysis of the possibility of applied (practical) use of the results of research carried out for the purposes of the diploma thesis (K_K01).
Assessment criteria
1. attendance and activity at seminars (two absences per semester are possible)
2. realization of the following stages of undergraduate thesis preparation:
- development of the concept and erudite chapter of the thesis - semester I
- analysis of data - found or evoked - illustrating the given research problem, conclusion,
- preparation and submission of the thesis, acceptance of the thesis by the thesis supervisor after verification by the Anti-plagiarism System - semester II
