Learning outcomes
The student has the ability to design labor market services to the needs of an unemployed person, a job seeker or an employer by using institutional resources and the client.
The student analyzes and proposes actions to serve the interests of a client who is socially excluded due to lack of work.
The student is aware of the resources available at the employment office and how to use them creatively.
Assessment criteria
Pass with grade.
1 absence allowed.
Activity - developing a task indicated by the lecturer: Preparing a set of activities for disadvantaged people on the labor market. The student selects a person from a group of disadvantaged people on the labor market (e.g. a woman, a disabled person, a young person, etc.) and plans a set of activities for him or her to help return to the labour market.
