Sources of labour law and labour law norms – division into common specific and international sources of labour law, with the characteristics of collective labour agreements, regulations, as well as an overview of European labour law and the most important ILO conventions
Employment Relationship Law – characteristics of employment relationship law, with a presentation of the types of employment contracts, as well as characteristics of the most important flexible forms of employment
Establishment and termination of an employment relationship – issues of employment contract, establishment and termination of employment relationship and legal protection of employment relationship
Non-competition clause – discussion of the non-competition clause within and after the employment relationship
Protection of the employment relationship – discussion of the general and specific protection of the employment relationship
Protection of remuneration for work – a detailed discussion of the issue of protection of the right to remuneration and the principles of determining remuneration and sources of regulations – remuneration regulations, collective labour agreements
