5. Individual rights and freedoms in the risk society
6. The Nation-State in the Face of the Challenges of Globalization, Integration and Disintegration
7. Modern wars and conflicts: asymmetric wars, hybrid wars, cyber wars, culture wars
8. The essence of contemporary cyber threats to society and the state.

Prerequisites (description)

The course aims to familiarize students with the contemporary challenges faced by the state, society and the individual. The classes will draw attention to the phenomenon of the risk and uncertainty community. The topics of contemporary threats to state and national communities will be discussed.
