After completing the course, the graduate knows and understands theoretically the types of social ties and has in-depth knowledge of the spatial manifestation of these ties in development processes and shaping the future, knows and understands
the role of man as the creator of culture in relation to the activity of spatial planning

After completing the course, a graduate is able to use theoretical knowledge to describe and analyze processes and phenomena occurring in space, as well as to build development scenarios, in particular to formulate their own opinions and theoretically in-depth assessments of these phenomena, as well as solve tasks in the field of spatial management using advanced methods and tools, including analytical and experimental methods, computer simulations, questionnaire and statistical research, foresight methods and urban planning analyzes.
The graduate is able to prepare and present oral presentations, in a Polish foreign language, on specific issues in the field of spatial planning or on the border with related scientific disciplines.

After completing the course, the graduate is ready to think and act in a creative and entrepreneurial way, to set strategic and operational goals. He knows the rules of controlling and evaluating tasks.
The graduate is able to interact and work in a group, assuming different roles in it, being aware of the responsibility for his own decisions and commitments made, properly prioritizing the actions taken, both in individual and team work.
Assessment criteria
Assessment method: oral exam.
Students' activity during classes will also be assessed. One presentation of the concept chosen by the student will be obligatory during the semester.
