After the course student:
- understand basic notions related to financing local government operation (own revenues, local tax, tax sharing, general and specific purpose grants, credit, loan, bond issue);
- knows the basic features of the Polish local government financial system
- understands differences among models of service delivery
- understand differences among organizational forms of service delivery in Poland
Assessment criteria
Final exam. The knowledge of the material presented during the course on "Local government I" and "Local government II" is required. The test consists of over a dozen of open-ended questions.
The final grade takes into account the score gained during classes
