KNOWLEDGE
The student will become familiar with the sources of law and general concepts in the field of legal protection of intellectual property; will understand the basic terms and the importance of intellectual property protection. The student knows the rules of using the scientific achievements with respect for the rights of authors. The student understands what is plagiarism.
SKILLS
The student will be able to use general concepts regarding the protection of intellectual property and the provisions of copyright protection, in particular in the field of research work.
ATTITUDE
The student will be aware of the existence and the need to apply the principles of intellectual property protection.

Passing by attendance.
Bibliography
Polish legal acts of key importance to the issue.
