Public speaking (scholar's workshop) 1600-SZD-WYP-P-PL
The classes are designed to prepare the scientist for presentations:
(a) at conferences
b) popular science speeches
c) interviews
In this connection, such issues as the structure of the material, stories in the material, comprehensibility of the material, analogies in the material, relevance of the research to the audience, as well as, in terms of interviews, a brief presentation of the research and argumentation in response to factoids will be addressed in the workshop.

- Understands media mechanisms related to popularization of science

Assessment criteria
Description of class participation requirements, including the number of excusable absences allowed:
Required active participation in the workshop, there are no allowable absences due to the small number of meetings
Rules for passing the class and the course (including corrective credit):
Correct construction of 3 speeches: conference, popular and anti-fake argumentation
Methods of verification of learning outcomes:
Justification of the correctness of one's own work according to the criteria of the class
Grading criteria:
Criteria established jointly at the workshop for the correct level of the speech
