(in Polish) Metody badawcze w nauce prawa gospodarczego na przykładzie badań nad prawem energetycznym i klimatycznym 1600-SZD-SPEC-MB-PR
Based on their owner research in the field of energy and climate law, lecturers will present scientific methods relevant for legal area of interest, especially administrative law. The objective is to provide students with available scientific methods which allow them to investigate complex problems and come to scientific conclusions which take into account political, legal and social determinants.

Assessment criteria
Description of requirements related to participation in classes, including the

Methods for the verification of learning outcomes: At the end of the class students will present their ideas for scientific endavours
