Continuity and Change of Political Systems 1600-SZD-SPEC-CiZ-PA
The course discusses the evolution of classical political systems, taking into account their changes and reforms, revolutions and transformations of internal and external nature. It discusses the forms and models of changes in political systems, e.g. hybrid regimes, illiberal democracies.

Assessment criteria
Description of requirements related to participation in classes, including the
permitted number of explained absences: The participant prepares a unit paper for classes from the presented list of topics and it is discussed and debated during classes. One absence from classes is allowed, of which there are 5 in total.
Principles for passing the classes and the subject (including resit session): Preparation and presentation of unit work during classes.
Methods for the verification of learning outcomes: Unit work, substantive discussions, case analysis.
Evaluation criteria: 80% presented and presented unit work, 20% activity and discussion in class
