The seminar is intended to explore tensions between the actual content of law and how it is perceived. Participants will discuss selected cases of such tensions.

Assessment criteria
Description of requirements related to participation in classes, including the
permitted number of explained absences: active participation in discussion; permitted number of explained absences is one.

Methods for the verification of learning outcomes: Discussion
Evaluation criteria: Pass mark for realistic approach of doctoral student to legal phenomena
