Water is the basic element of inanimate nature indispensable for the development of life on Earth, both in relation to nature, human beings, as well as particular geological and biological processes.
The current comprehension of nature "protection” is mainly linked with active or passive protection of animate nature. Protection of animate nature, animals, vegetation, or human beings should be coupled with protection of inanimate nature. Without this protection, the development of biological life on Earth would be impossible.
