The aim of the lecture is to discuss CV guidelines, analyse the requirements of working in the matrix environment, perform a task devoted to a job interview and prepare a curriculum vitae.
Learning outcomes
Shows the need and sees the benefits of continuous education (maintaining the professional ethos). Establishes professional relationships with all clinical trial participants, including partners from the socio-economic environment. She uses English-language specialist vocabulary (English at B2+ level) in the field of clinical trials in business contacts. Can prepare and evaluate documents necessary in the recruitment process of employees in the field of clinical trials. It defines the rules for planning and organizing a clinical trial. Knows the rules of conducting the recruitment process for companies in the field of clinical trials for various positions. Establishes international contacts in the field of clinical trials and scientific research, Can self-assess and recognize the limits of their own competences and those of the members of the team conducting clinical trials, Establishes professional relationships with all participants of clinical trials, including partners from the socio-economic environment.
