Learning outcomes
Student knows the basic terms of HPLC and how to use them in practical aspects. Student knows how to calculate the basic separation parameters. Student knows how to develop method of separation for basic compounds according to theirs chemical properties
Assessment criteria
Final examination carried out in a written form. Open quections, time of exam 60 min.
The condition of passing the exam is to obtain over 50% of points.
