Chemistry of Radioactive Elements - Laboratory 1200-1CHJCHPPL4
During the laboratory, students will synthesize compounds and separate selected radioactive elements. They will get acquainted with with the process of Tc(VII) reduction in a selected environment, U(VI) reduction. They will separate uranium from thorium.

Learning outcomes
Upon completion of the education process, the Student will:
- knew the basic properties of actinides and methods of their preparation and separation
- was able to describe the reduction process of TcO^4- ions in the presence and without complexing substances.
Assessment criteria
The final grade consists of partial grades from entry cards (50%) and reports after completing the exercises (50%). 3. In order to achieve learning outcomes, attendance at all classes is required.
