Environment - installation of a system environment (Linux), basic commands, useful tools (find, se, awk), update and installation of software, remote access: OpenVPN, ssh (access and tunneling, access using terminal service, cryptography - generation of PGP keys and digital signatures; data analysis and data visualization - using spreadsheets and a dedicated package (Origin); data filtering and generation of reports - sed and awk, scripts; presentation and providing information on the web - basic html, css, php and JavaScript, simple thematic CMS; looking for information in Internet - generation of questions using browser, search of literature data bases, using other internet services and data bases (PDB, sequence data bases, SDBS, NIST, etc.).
