Digital Health 3500-FAKANG-DH
During the course students learn about recent and current developments in health care systems’ digitalization: including therapeutics, diagnostics, artificial intelligence, automated care pathways, patient (self)management. The following topics are covered during the meetings:

W_01 – The student demonstrates knowledge of the main directions of digitalization in healthcare systems and their social consequences.
U_01 – The student is able to analyze the applications of digital tools in diagnostics and therapy.
U_02 – The student is able to compare the functioning of e-health across different countries and social contexts.
U_03 – The student is able to analyze the ethical and social impacts of using digital tools in healthcare.
K_01 – The student engages in critical reflection on equality and ethics in the digitalization of health.
Kryteria oceniania
Written test (70% of final grade), active participation in classes (20%), preparing notes from a meeting (10%). Passing conditional on collecting 50% of all possible points.
