Kryteria oceniania
The course consists of 15h of preparatory classes and 60h of field workshop. Students must attend preparatory classes in order to be admitted to participation of the field workshop. Before travelling, they must gain knowledge on the history, archaeology and architecture of the region through delivering safety training, as well as undergo a basic safety training. Students who have not completed the preparatory classes, will fail the whole course and will not be admitted to the second, field part of the course.
The second part of the course envisages as field trip in one of the Mediterranean countries. Students must deliver assigned papers on visited monuments and actively participate in discussion in order to obtain a pass mark.
The course ends with one grade for both parts. In order to pass the course, a student must be present during all classes in the first (faculty-based) and second (field trip) part of the course. No absences are allowed. The student must also deliver one paper in the first part and two papers in the second part of the course. All the three papers must be sent to the field trip coordinator on prescribed time (no later than the last preparatory meeting).
