Process management 2637-EMBA-EN-PM
Processes are the nervous system of every organization. They determine whether strategy becomes execution or evaporates in coordination failures, bottlenecks, and waste. The course offers a practical toolkit to identify, map, analyze, and redesign/improve business processes. Each session combines a lecture with team case work and individual practice on a real process from your own organization. By the end of the course, you will have produced a complete process redesign/improvement proposal ready to present to your leadership team.
ETHICAL ASPECTS:
• When discussing real organizations (including your own) in class or in assignments, you are expected to exercise professional discretion. You may anonymize details when necessary. What is shared in the room stays in the room.
• Use of AI-assisted tools for research, brainstorming, and editing is encouraged; however, the analytical judgment in all assignments must be your own. Assignments that substitute AI-generated analysis for independent professional reasoning will not receive full credit.
