Building resilience: psychological strength training for future educators 2300-KJO-BR
Teaching is both rewarding and demanding. Future educators are likely to encounter emotional, social, and cognitive pressures, including classroom management, student behavior, institutional expectations, and personal-professional balance. This course offers an in-depth exploration of psychological resilience and practical mental strength training based on positive psychology, cognitive-behavioral approaches, and mindfulness techniques.
Students will develop self-awareness, learn adaptive coping strategies, and engage in reflective practices to strengthen their emotional intelligence and interpersonal competencies. The course uses experiential learning, case studies, and peer collaboration to foster personal growth and build a supportive community among participants.
