10. Breach of contract
11. Supplementary contract clauses
12. Unjustified enrichment
13. Tort in general and concept of fault liability
14. Vicarious liability
15. Strict liability
16. Liability of the public authority for illegal acts (art. 417-417² c.c.)
17. Liability for bodily harm or violations the personal interests
18. Product liability (art. 449 c.c.)
19. The substitution of persons in an obligation

Efekty kształcenia
Students will have knowledge about fundamental principles of the Law of Obligations, will be able to discuss simple cases and solve them, as well as will be able to grasp more complicated issues and prepared for advanced studies on civil law.
Kryteria oceniania
Basic estimate criterion is activity during classes. Oral exam or written paper on the issues in the lecture, the topic agreed earlier with the teacher.
