Towards European Constitutionalism 2200-FOR13
The seminar, which is organised annually, is devoted to various aspects of the constitutional reality of the European Union. In January the interested students are divided into teams and assigned topics to elaborate, which eventually are to take shape of essays 20-25 pages long. Before the final session there are 3-4 preparatory meetings with Prof. Wyrzykowski, during which the work progress is monitored and the students' ideas and problems discussed. In the second week of May the teams present their results at the seminar monitored by the European Constitutionalism experts.
The group of international experts visiting the seminar usually include:

Prof. Franz Mayer (University of Bielefeld)
Seminar is also regularly attended by scholars from the Warsaw University, who are its active participants. In addition to Professor M. Wyrzykowski, Polish experts include: dr Adam Bodnar, the Ombudsman of Poland, dr hab. Jakub Urbanik, dr Dorota Pudzianowska and mgr Piotr Korzec.

9. Corporate Social Responsability from the Point of View of the Charter of Fundamental Rights
10. Same-sex couples and freedom of movement of EU citizens
11. European Criminal Law – freezing and confiscation of proceeds of crime in the EU.
There were already 14 successful editions of this seminar.

Kryteria oceniania
Students will be assessed individually on the basis of scholar quality of their papers and understanding of problems covered.

Literatura
There is no requirement to read any specific literature. Rather in the context of their papers to be presented during the seminar students are expected to read the most important literature available - for the purpose of preparing successful paper.
