Criminal Trial Simulation – Workshops 2200-1PS045-ERA
The course is designed to familiarize students with the fundamental institutions and stages of Polish criminal procedure, including preparatory proceedings, court proceedings, parties to the proceedings, legal representatives, coercive measures, and evidentiary rules. A key component of the course is a mock trial in which students actively participate. Under the supervision, students prepare for the courtroom simulation based on case files and provided materials.

Efekty kształcenia
After participation in the course students will be familiar with the terminology of Polish criminal procedure and understand the fundamental institutions.
Kryteria oceniania
The final grade is based on active participation in class (including participation in the mock trial simulation) and attendance.
