Efekty kształcenia
K_W05 At an advanced level, the graduate knows and understands how social and political institutions operate in specific areas of social and public policy, with particular emphasis on health.
K_W06 At an advanced level, the graduate knows and understands selected theories conceptualising the relationships between elements of the political process, characteristic of political science and administration, including in particular the subdisciplines of social policy and public policy.
K_W08 The graduate knows and understands the normative and ethical conditions of scientific and practical activities in the field of social policy and public policy.
K_U03 graduates are able to precisely identify the economic, social, economic and cultural determinants of specific social phenomena, including those related to health in particular.
K_U05 graduates are able to identify, at an advanced level, the links between axiological and normative assumptions and proposed practical solutions in the field of social and public policy.
K_U09 graduates are able to use English at C1* level
Kryteria oceniania
The final grade will be based on the following:
- participation in classes and group discussions;
- a 5-minute presentation on a selected scientific article (Health Policy);
- preparation of a presentation on the health policy of a selected country;
- a final knowledge test comprising open and closed questions.
