Requirements:
1. Presence / Maximum 1 absence. Each additional absence requires writing a 350–500-word essay concerning the subject of the class that quotes the required class reading (graded, counting to the active participation mark)
2. Preparation for each class, including:
a) Reading and watching all the class-required materials
b) Preparing for each class a short (1-minute) political overview of your country
3. Active participation
4. Giving one 7-minute presentation each.
5. Passing the final test (min. 70% is a pass mark)

Grades:
Final test – 40% of the grade
Presentation – 30% of the grade
Quality active participation – 30% of the grade
