1. Educational outcomes

After graduating from the Master’s degree programme in Management the graduate:

KNOWLEDGE
- has extended knowledge of the place of management in the system of sciences as well as its subject matter and methodological relationships with other science disciplines. They perceive management as an interdisciplinary science

- has gained in-depth and structured knowledge about the functioning of an organization, its various types, objectives, structures, operations (functions, activities), cultures as well as its relationships with the environment

- knows and understands the procedures and practices of effective management of organizations. They know how to put them to use in various types of organizations and decision-making situations

- knows how to carry out complex analyses of the impact of the external environment on the functioning of an organization

SKILLS AND COMPETENCES
- is able to correctly interpret social, political, legal and economic phenomena and their impact on the functioning of businesses and the economy as a whole as well as the mutual relationships between them

- analyses the proposed solutions to specific problems related to the functioning of businesses and offers in that regard specific solutions and ways for carrying out the procedure for solving them

- is able to put into practice the knowledge gained concerning the functioning of businesses and critically analyses its effectiveness and usefulness

- has in-depth research skills, such as synthesizing different ideas and opinions, formulating research questions, selecting methods and building research tools, developing and presenting results enabling genuine solutions to the problems inherent in the sciences of management

SOCIAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCES
- able to think and act in an entrepreneurial manner

- able to interact and work in a group, taking on different roles within it, including group leader
