Cele programu studiów:
Studia drugiego stopnia na kierunku Zarządzanie mają na celu wykształcenie absolwenta posiadającego pogłębioną wiedzę z zakresu zarządzania oraz dyscyplin pokrewnych (w tym przede wszystkim z ekonomii, finansów, nauk prawnych), znającego w pogłębionym stopniu metodologię badań i terminologię w zakresie zarządzania oraz w dyscyplinach uzupełniających.
Studia mają na celu wykształcenie absolwenta, który ma wiedzę o zasadach tworzenia i rozwoju różnych form przedsiębiorczości i gotowego do działania w sposób przedsiębiorczy w wymiarze krajowym i globalnym. Wykształcą absolwenta posiadającego umiejętności i kompetencje do rozpoznawania, diagnozowania i rozwiązywania złożonych i nietypowych problemów związanych z funkcjonowaniem organizacji oraz do określenia wpływu otoczenia: technologicznego, społecznego, politycznego, prawnego, ekonomicznego i ekologicznego, na funkcjonowanie organizacji i całej gospodarki. Studia wykształcą umiejętności samodzielnego i zespołowego przygotowania opracowań dotyczących złożonych i nietypowych problemów związanych z funkcjonowaniem organizacji, sektora i całej gospodarki oraz komunikatywnego ich przedstawiania w języku polskim i angielskim. Przygotują absolwenta do samodzielnego uczenia się i aktualizowania wiedzy, wspierania innych w tym zakresie oraz do przestrzegania i rozwijania zawodowych standardów etycznych.

Nabór studentów do grup w ramach specjalności, będzie dokonywany na podstawie średniej z 1 semestru studiów oraz wyniku z egzaminu wstępnego.
Uruchomienie w/w specjalności będzie możliwe po zapisaniu się wymaganej liczby, minimum 30 studentów.

Możliwości zatrudnienia
Absolwent tego kierunku będzie mógł podejmować pracę m.in. w:
przedsiębiorstwach przemysłowych i usługowych, w tym korporacjach transnarodowych,
administracji państwowej,
administracji samorządowej,
organizacjach niedochodowych,
własnych przedsiębiorstwach (rodzinnych, założonych przez absolwenta).
Wśród potencjalnych stanowisk pracy znajdują się: starszy specjalista, analityk, menedżer niższego i średniego szczebla (kierownik zespołu, koordynator, doradca itd.). Absolwent studiów II stopnia przygotowany jest do wykonywania pracy wymagającej kwalifikacji specjalistycznych, posiada wiedzę umożliwiającą pracę zarówno w biznesie, jak i administracji. Wszechstronna wiedza umożliwia łatwą adaptację absolwentów do wymogów zróżnicowanych pracodawców, w tym korporacji zagranicznych. Stanowi podstawę osiągania dalszego awansu zawodowego i stwarza możliwość kontynuowania edukacji na studiach podyplomowych i studiach trzeciego stopnia (doktoranckich). Absolwent posiada też wiedzę i umiejętności niezbędne przy tworzeniu i prowadzeniu własnej firmy.
