Subjects of training: Language of pedagogy – developing of the categorial system of different varieties of the present time pedagogy. History of educational establishments. Philosophical problems of education (ontic and axiological). Educational ideals and their changes in the course of history. Objective of edeucation as derivative of values. Teacher's profession in the course of history. Evolution of pedagogical ideas. Pedagogy as a science. Branches of pedagogy. Philosophy and education. Ideology and education. Pedagogical doctrines. The need of moral legitimization of educational processes. Theoretical and metodological problems of research on educational processes (and discouses). Is the idea of descolarization an utopy?

Learning outcomes
Skills and competences in: understanding of historical and educational knowledge and its use in persolnal reflection on present time pedgogical theory and practice; analizing the relations between educational theories and other sciences and border disciplines; independent linking of up-bringing processes with other social and educational processes; self-reliant designing the solutions of pedagogical problems.
Assessment criteria
A mark will be determined in grades and based on active participation in all training activities. Two absences are acceptable.
