(in Polish) Gramatyka języka niemieckiego 4100-IMGJN
The course is taught over one semester and includes the detailed analysis, consolidation and practical application of the following grammatical areas:
Verb, noun and adjective government (Verb-, Nomen- und Adjektivrektion) – structures requiring specific cases or prepositions; extension and consolidation of patterns of government characteristic of B2–C1 level and their use in context.
Relative clauses (Relativsätze) – advanced relative clause structures; relative pronouns in different cases, relative clauses with prepositions, and constructions with wer, wen, wem, wessen, was and wo(r)-.
Passive voice and alternative passive constructions (Passiv und Passiversatzformen) – consolidation and advanced use of Vorgangspassiv and Zustandspassiv in different tenses; alternative passive constructions, including sich lassen + Infinitiv, sein + zu + Infinitiv, constructions with man, and adjectives ending in -bar and -lich.
Nominalisation and verbalisation (Nominalisierung und Verbalisierung) – transformation of verbal structures into nominal structures and vice versa; the use of nominal and verbal structures in different types of discourse, with particular emphasis on formal and academic language.
Participial constructions and extended attributes (Partizipialkonstruktionen und erweiterte Attribute) – Partizip I and Partizip II used as attributes; extended attributive constructions; transformations between relative clauses and participial constructions.
Complex sentence structures and connectors (Komplexe Satzstrukturen und Konnektoren) – structures used to express causal, conditional, concessive, consecutive and temporal relations; advanced means of linking sentences and creating textual cohesion, including sofern, insofern, zumal, wohingegen, dennoch, folglich, demnach and dementsprechend.
Interactive exercises on the CKC platform, the analysis of language examples, grammatical transformations and the practical application of the structures covered in spoken and written communication constitute an integral part of the course. The analysis and correction of grammatical errors are used to develop language awareness and consolidate the grammatical structures covered.

The student is able to correctly apply new grammatical structures at an advanced level in appropriate communicative contexts. S_U01
The student is able to identify the types of grammar exercises and tasks used and assess their level of difficulty, drawing on a variety of German-language sources and resources. S_U01
The student is able to search for teaching materials, analyse them, and evaluate their pedagogical value. S_U01
The student is able to identify incorrect utterances at an intermediate level, analyse them, assess the extent of grammatical deviations, and independently correct them in German at CEFR proficiency levels A2–B1. S_U01, S_U12
The student is able to apply their acquired German language competences, including adapting a variety of grammatical structures to learners of different age groups and levels of foreign language proficiency, in accordance with the curricula applicable in a given educational institution. Assessment criteria
Attendance is required. A maximum of one absence per semester is permitted.
Regular written assignments and progress exercises/tests.
Active participation in class and systematic work throughout the semester.
Independent work on the CKC platform – minimum 60%.
Semester test covering the grammatical areas taught during the course – minimum 60%.
The final grade is based on the total number of points obtained for ongoing coursework, class participation, tasks completed on the CKC platform and the semester test.
Assessment criteria for individual assessment components: accuracy of content and language, correct use of grammatical structures, appropriateness of the structures used in context, completeness of the task and compliance with the instructions.

60%–68% – satisfactory (3.0)
69%–76% – satisfactory plus (3.5)
77%–84% – good (4.0)
85%–89% – good plus (4.5)
90%–100% – very good (5.0)
