(in Polish) Warsztat nauczyciela w zakresie metodyki nauczania języka obcego: Rozwijanie i ocenianie sprawności rozumienia wypowiedzi ustnych i pisemnych 4100-2SPMEN-WNWUiPA
The course aims to develop participants' knowledge and practical skills in the principles, methods, and techniques of developing and assessing listening and reading comprehension skills in English, with particular emphasis on the realities and exam requirements (Grade 8 Exam, Matura) in Polish primary and secondary schools.
The course guides participants from theory and the analysis of receptive lesson stages in the PDP (Pre-During-Post-) model to the practical design of tasks focused on teaching strategies (including skimming, scanning, inferencing, and signposting). It breaks down barriers to using authentic materials by presenting techniques for adapting them and creating support (scaffolding) for learners at various proficiency levels.
A key component of the course is the application of artificial intelligence (AI) tools and educational apps for the rapid creation, differentiation, and automation of receptive tasks. In the evaluation section, participants explore the principles of formative assessment and precise rubrics design.
The course culminates in an asynchronous module on the Kampus platform, where participants design original teaching materials and undergo peer review.
