The course covers training in French grammar from the perspective of a simple sentence. The aim of the course is the correct use of linguistic forms in a simple sentence with the appropriate discursive function, in the noun group and the verb group.
Course topics:
1. Sentence elements and their functions. Noun group and verb group.
2. The noun and its determiners: indefinite, definite, and partitive articles, as well as quantitative expressions.
3. Possessive, demonstrative, interrogative, and indefinite adjective pronouns.
4. Adjectives: forms, comparison, and position in a sentence.
5. Classification of verbs and conjugation of personal forms in the present tense.
6. Personal noun pronouns functioning as direct and indirect objects.
7. Adverbial pronouns (en, y) functioning as complements.
8. Simple relative pronouns.
9. Adverbs: forms and position in a sentence.
10. Types of simple sentences.

COURSE COMPLETION
The requirements for course completion are:
1. Attendance at classes. Students are allowed 2 absences.
2. Independent work on the Kampus platform (minimum 60%).
3. Passing partial tests on specific portions of the material (minimum 60%).
4. Final test covering the entire material (minimum 60%).
Methods and Criteria of Assessment
Students are assessed on a scale of 300 points, divided as follows:
1. Exercises on the Kampus platform (individual work) - 100 points
2. Partial written assignments (4x25) - 100 points
3. Final test (1x100) - 100 points
The final grade is calculated using the following scale (pass mark: 60%):
60%-69% (180–207 points): 3
70%-79% (208–237 points): 3.5
80%-85% (238–255 points): 4
86%-92% (256–276 points): 4.5
93%-100% (277–300 points): 5
